Items purchased from our retail location:

We will happily accept any UNOPENED products for refund or exchange* within 30 days provided the original purchase receipts accompanies it.

Items purchased from our online store:

Strategiesgames.ca will be happy to offer a refund* on product(s) purchased from us. Simply email our sales office at: info@strategiesgames.ca One of our sales associates will give you return authorization number (RA#). Then mail the product(s) back to us, PRE-PAID, within 30 days of purchase, accompanied with original receipt and the return authorization number. All product must be returned in its original condition. You will receive a credit within 7 business days of our receiving your product(s). Shipping costs will only be refunded if the return is due to an error made by Strategiesgames.ca. For your own protection, we suggest customers use a delivery method that can be traced. Strategiesgames.ca cannot be held responsible for any returned product(s) that are lost in the mail. All mailorder returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
